I have been doing the Wim Hof method for several years now. It is a morning practice for me. Although I have not had the same experiences as the the post I’m pressing from caminoreal1975.com, I do look forward to my breathing, my cold showers and I do push-ups and stretches daily. There are times when I’m doing my breathing that an sense of calm and bliss come over me that I cannot explain. I am also amazed at how long I can hold m breath during this exercise.
The past few months have been so crazy, busy that I didn’t allow myself the time to Relax and Give Thanks. Expressing gratitude can be done the moment you wake up. Before you even let your feet touch the ground, start by saying “thank you for a new day”, “thank you for breath”, and then get out of bed and look around at all that you have to be thankful for and express it.
