I have not tried this recipe yet, but this is going to be my breakfast the next few mornings because I love pumpkin, oats and who doesn’t love chocolate!

What do you do if you don’t eat dairy, but really want that smooth, creamy, sweet taste of ice cream? Whip up a dairy-free banana cinnamon ice cream. It’s so easy to make and you need only 2(two) ingredients:1- Ripe banana (if serving 1) 1-2 tsps cinnamon If you are a chocolate lover, substitute cinnamon with cocoa powder, and now you have chocolate ice cream.
