This is my yoga setup. I follow a few instructors on YouTube.
I was awake at 5:45 am, so headed downstairs and did an hour long practice.
I feel so good and glad I got in some practice before I sit in the car for 3.5 hour round trip drive to visit our daughter at university in Ohio.
What is your favorite time of day to exercise? Is it morning or whenever you can fit it in?
