I initially came across this recipe on Cook The Beans blog.
It took me a while to finally make them (an instagram challenge). They turned out a little different from Cook The Bean’s post and I made a few of my own adaptations.
In the end, they ended up tasting delicious.
Make sure you use a food processor like the recipe calls for. I initially tried to do this in a NutriBullet and I practically burned out the motor.
Also I used pitted medjool dates. I don’t think the original recipe specified which kind of dates to use.
