What do you do if you don’t eat dairy, but really want that smooth, creamy, sweet taste of ice cream?
Whip up a dairy-free banana cinnamon ice cream.
It’s so easy to make and you need only 2(two) ingredients:
1- Ripe banana (if serving 1)
1-2 tsps cinnamon

If you are a chocolate lover, substitute cinnamon with cocoa powder, and now you have chocolate ice cream. Yummy!
Preparation: Peel banana. Break, tear or cut into small chucks. Place in a ziplock back and put in the freezer for about 2-3 hours before you plan to consume your delicious treat.
When ready to consume, take the banana out of the freezer. It should be about half-way frozen, but somewhat soft to touch. Put the pieces of the banana in a high-speed blender, sprinkle as much cinnamon as you like. I probably use about 1-2 tsps.
Blend the two ingredients on high until it is a smooth, creamy consistency. It almost looks like a soft-serve ice cream.
Pour or spoon into your favorite ice cream bowl and enjoy! It’s the perfect answer to a cool, sweet craving, and it’s 100% natural to boot!
