I have been doing the Wim Hof method for several years now. It is a morning practice for me.
Although I have not had the same experiences as the the post I’m pressing from caminoreal1975.com, I do look forward to my breathing, my cold showers and I do push-ups and stretches daily. There are times when I’m doing my breathing that an sense of calm and bliss come over me that I cannot explain. I am also amazed at how long I can hold m breath during this exercise.
I can totally relate to the writer’s experience with push-ups. I have always had a hard time doing push-ups even the ones with your knees on the ground. I could only ever do a couple at a time. I can now do about 30, without putting my knees on the ground.
The cold showers are something that are easier in the summer. I noticed lately that the showers don’t feel as cold to me as they used to. I don’t know if that is because it is summer or my body has gotten used to it. I do notice though, that I feel very energized after I’m done.
