Take a chill pill about getting in your 10,000 steps per day. According to this article on Inc.com, as long as you are staying active you are doing the right thing to keep yourself healthy. So enjoy that walk, bike ride, run, swim, yoga, dancing, or whatever your thing is and stop stressing about the outcome.
