Sprouted-grain toast with almond butter and blueberries

A quick & healthy plant-based breakfast

This is one of my go-to plan-based breakfasts. It is so healthy, delicious and nutritious. Who needs jam or jelly when you can top your favorite toast with fresh, seasonal fruit?

My go-to fruits in the spring and summer are berries(all kinds), peaches, nectarines, apricots and more.

Only 3 ingredients to make this breakfast

  1. Sprouted grain bread(I used and like Oat So Healthy from ALDI)
  2. Nut butter(I used almond butter)
  3. Organic, fresh blueberries

Serve with your favorite morning beverage. Mine are coffee, specifically my homemade mocha, and water.

This is a hearty breakfast and will carry you for several hours, or until it’s lunch time.
