Phase 2 Breakfast on The Fast Metabolism Diet

My phase 2 breakfast on the go today

I know, doesn’t look all that exciting, but I have things to do, places to go, people to visit, so this is a quick, healthy, portable breakfast.

I love Belgium Endive. I might drizzle a little balsamic vinegar on top for some added flavor.

One thing I have to keep reminding myself to do is drink lots of water. I’m supposed to drink about 80 ounces of water a day based on my current weight.

So, water, water, H20, water…I definitely know where all the bathrooms are at this point. LOL
