Stay Fit, Seize the Little Pockets of Time

In my first video installment for my Menopause Hot section of my blog, I talk about seizing the little pockets of time we might have in our busy schedules to fit in some exercise to maintain a healthy, fit, trim, hot body.

Today, I had a really busy workday, but didn’t want to use that as an excuse to not go for a quick run.
