My sister and I are both big believers in the law of attraction. We understand that we are co-creators of our lives. It is our thoughts and beliefs that help shape our lives. Expressing gratitude keeps our thoughts and beliefs in check.
Recently, I had a conversation with my sister about gratitude. We both realized that we strayed from our daily gratitude practice. So, we made a pact that we would text each other every morning about one thing for which we are grateful. We were both feeling the need to put gratitude back into our daily routine because our lives always seem to go better when we are focused on the things for which we are grateful instead the things for which we’re not.
Remember, you can be grateful for things big and small. Sometimes it’s the small things that can really change how we feel just by acknowledging our gratitude towards them. Take for example my new light fixtures, they might not seem like much, but I love looking at them, They beautifully light up the path to our front door for visitors and loved ones.
You don’t have to look too far or think too hard about something for which to be grateful. If you can’t think of anything, I always go back to being thankful for my breath. Without breath, I would not be living this wonderful life on earth.
I would love to hear what you are grateful for today, no matter how big or small.
