Strawberry Avocado Toast

My Favorite Go-to Healthy Option

This has become my favorite go-to, healthy meal. I normally have this for lunch, but you can have at any meal or even as dessert or a snack. It’s only 200 calories and it is as good as dessert….well, almost:O

It’s 3 simple ingredients

1/8 soft avocado
1 slice toasted sprouted grain bread(Trader Joe’s and/or ALDI have good ones)
1 C sliced, medium-sized strawberries

Calories: 200

Preparations

Toast bread to your desired brownness and crispiness. I like mine crispy. Spread the avocado onto the bread.  Top it off with the sliced strawberries. Any left over strawberries make a nice garnish on the plate.
