I totally agree with this blogpost via –  The Seeds of Life. Although it is difficult at times to let go of anger(thank you Ego), we know in our heart it is best for all involved to release, forgive and move forward.

Anger towards another person or something that they’ve done will never do any harm for the other person, and it certainly won’t do any good for you. Anger does not serve anyone. With that said, it doesn’t mean that anger is a bad emotion – when you feel angry it’s okay to be so, but…
