I just listened to a podcast that said pretty much the same thing. We need more fiber from #plant-based foods in our diet and less animal products. Consider introducing a #meatless day in your weekly routine. Who knows, you might actually like it and find yourself incorporating more meatless meals into your week. There are some delicious #vegetarian/vegan #recipes on the Internet and they are easy to make. Give it a try! Your body will thank you.
