Thank you Camilla for posting this recipe on your site. I’m going to categorize this as “vegan” since it looks like the ingredients fall under that category.
I will be making this dish this week. It looks quite simple to make and I have pretty much all the ingredients on hand. As you mentioned in your post, this is a good dish for cold weather and I believe the forecast for this week is colder temps.
We have a house guest later this week as well, so this will be the perfect dish to serve up to a dear friend.
