Dairy-Free(Vegan) Banana Chocolate Peanut Butter Cacao Nibs Smoothie
Prep time: 5 minutes, serves 1-2
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1/2 C soy milk
1/2 C almond milk
1 heaping T peanut butter
1 T cacao nibs
2 heaping T cocoa powder
1 tsp instant coffee(optional)
1-2 tsps Stevia(optional – if you like a sweeter smoothie)
6- 8 ice cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients except ice cubes to a blender or nutri bullet and run until fully blended. Once blended, add ice cubes. Blend again until smooth(hence the name smoothie haha)
This is a great post run or workout drink. I also make this if I’m in the mood for something sweet but don’t want to go crazy.
